Terms of Service

Kindly make sure you read through the ToS before placing a commission order. For any questions you can contact Danitsa through Direct Messaging her on Ko-Fi, or via her business email! (OBS! Only serious and/or business inquiries will be read and responded to!)

1. General

• Turn-Around-Time (TAT) - depends on workload and complexity, but standard (as of 16/2/24) is 20 - 30 workdays.
• Weekdays are considered workdays, depending on workload Danitsa may work on commissions on weekends but these are still not considered workdays.
• Streaming - Danitsa may work on commissions on her livestreams, or posting WIPs on her socials, if you are not comfortable with that you have to let her know!

2. Payment & Fees

• Order - are taken and charged via Ko-Fi only.
• PayPal and Stripe are options for payment on my Ko-Fi.
• Commissions will be charged upfront (only exception are private commissions otherwise agreed upon by both parties).
• Private Commissions - are custom commission listings communicated via the artist and client directly. These listings are best for clients with complex orders, requiring a payment schedule, and/or orders incurring extra fees like ex. rush fees, commercial rights fee, NDA fee etc.
• Rush Fee - if the client wishes to have their commission prioritized, kindly contact Danitsa through her email or Ko-Fi DMs as it will affect the final price. Approx. 2x original price will be charged as a rush fee, depending on the size of the order.
• Commercial Rights - commercial use is conditional, it is allowed for streaming and social media as long as Danitsa is properly credited, for full commercial rights / merchandise rights, kindly contact Danitsa through her email or Ko-Fi DMs as it will affect the final price.
• NDA Fee - if the client's commission requires there to be no posting or streaming of the work until it's allowed to be revealed, kindly contact Danitsa through her email or Ko-Fi DMs as it will affect the final price. Approx. ~20% of the original price will be additionally be charged as a NDA fee.
• Refunds - no refunds after first rough sketch have been confirmed, prior to this 50% refund of initial payment only.

3. Process & Revisions

• References - must be provided upon ordering a commission, moodboards are also allowed.
• If the client wishes for Danitsa to design the character and/or outfit/s, kindly contact her through her email or Ko-Fi DMs as it will affect the final price.
• Sketching Stage - will start after the payment has gone through, and in which a rough sketch will be provided to the client for approval.
• Lineart Stage - will start after a rough sketch has been approved by the client, and one update will be given once lineart and base colours are done for the client to approve.
• Revisions - two (2) free revisions are allowed during the sketching and lineart stage before moving onto final rendering stage, more changes after that will cost extra.
• Final Rendering Stage - will start once any and all revisions have been considered and the lineart and base colours have been approved by the client, a final update will be given once the work is done after which the finished files will be transferred to the client.

4. Artist Rights

• Danitsa, as the artist, have the following rights :
• The right to maintain credit to the commissions and post them on her social media/s.
• The right to decline any commission she chooses to.
• The right to use commissioned work in her portfolio as sample work.
• The right to adjust TAT without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances that may affect Danitsa's ability to work, including but not limited to circumstances concerning her physical and mental health.

5. Other/s

• Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) - Commissioned art can NOT, under any circumstances, be sold as, made into, or for the purpose of promoting NFTs or cryptocurrencies.
• AI Art - Commissioned art may NOT, under any circumstances, be used for any kind of AI Art generation service and/or program.
